Sahabat Insurance New Office Representative in Alam Sutera!

Sahabat Insurance continues to be a leading force in the insurance industry, announcing the opening of an additional representative office in Alam Sutera, Tangerang. The ceremony was held at Sahabat Insurance Alam Sutera office, which was attended by directors - Mr. L. Berly Wennas as President Director, by Mrs. Sekar Tunggal as Technical Director, Mrs. Sylvy Setiawan as Marketing Director, Mr. Yongkie Avriano as Head of Tangerang Representative Office, dealer partners, financing institution partners, employees and other work partners.

Sahabat Insurance Alam Sutera is now open and ready to serve local residents with reliable services from Monday to Friday, 08.30-17.30 (Jakarta Time).

For information, Sahabat Insurance has 20 representative offices and branch offices in Indonesia. Sahabat Insurance Alam Sutera representative office is the first representative office established in Tangerang.

Cheerful Ramadan with Sahabat Insurance

Sahabat Insurance achieved “excellence” predicate by infobank magazine

PT Asuransi Sahabat Artha Proteksi (Sahabat Insurance) achieved “excellence” predicate and successfully maintain its performance as one of the best in the group of general insurance for 3 consecutive years, in 2021, 2022 and 2023 according to Infobank Magazine.

Sahabat Insurance won 2nd place in the category of General Insurance Companies with Gross Premiums of IDR 250 billion to IDR 500 billion in 2023 (2022 performance).

The growth in gross premiums for Asuransi Sahabat Artha Proteksi is one of the highest in its group. On an annual basis, the gross premium for Asuransi Sahabat Artha Proteksi grew 70.51% from IDR 255.79 billion in 2021 to IDR 436.14 billion in 2022. The gross premium growth far exceeded the general insurance industry which was 16.87%.

On the profitability side, the company's profit before tax was recorded at IDR 20.21 billion or grew 26.83%. Meanwhile, investment grew 23.07% to IDR 397.47 billion. Whistleblowing System

In order to support Good Corporate Governance, especially in the implementation of the Anti-Bribery Management System within the Company, Sahabat Insurance provides a channel for conveying information regarding indications/allegations of integrity deviations which can result in fraud, abuse, corruption, collusion, nepotism, gratuities, price inflation. or budget, bribery, money laundering, embezzlement, extortion, and other conflicts of interest that will/have been committed by employees or Company Business Partners.

Reporting of violations is addressed to the Whistleblowing Team and submitted in writing via the whistleblowing media as follows [email protected];

Whistle blowers can report indications/allegations of violations through the Whistleblowing System with the following terms and conditions:

Include valid evidence in the form of data, clear information on the occurrence of violations in connection with the indications/allegations of irregularities previously mentioned.
Reports are made in good faith and are not a complaint against a person, a particular company or slander.
The reporter must provide complete information about his identity to facilitate communication including full name, telephone number or email address where he can be contacted.

Sahabat Insurance maintains the confidentiality of reporting data from unauthorized parties and provides:
• The confidentiality of the identity of the reporting person is ensured as well as
• The confidentiality of the information.
