What should you do if you hit a wall with your car?

As soon as you've made sure anyone involved is safe and you've called the police, take photos of the incident, including your car and the wall. Note the location, date, time, and any other factors. If you hit someone else's wall and caused damage, contact the owner and give them your car insurance information.
Call your insurance as soon as possible, and prepare your proof of Insurance - Policy or copy. Copy of your vehicle registration (STNK) Copy of Motor Driving License (with original) of the person driving the vehicle at the material time, your ID (KTP). Sahabat Insurance Share Kindness Through a Ramadhan Blessings activity

Holy Month Ramadan, Sahabat Insurance share kindness through a Ramadhan blessings activity. Sahabat Insurance Banjarmasin partnering with Paguyuban Otomotif Sampit to support the renovation of the Wudu and washroom area at the Raudah Salafiyah Islamic Boarding School, which was completed on Friday, March 7, 2025. This program was part of the Company’s Social Responsibility (CSR) program.

On Thursday, March 13 2025, Sahabat Insurance Banjarmasin with Paguyuban Otomotif Sampit carried out a breaking fast event which was held at the Raudah Salafiyah Islamic boarding school, Sampit, Central Borneo.

In 2024, during the momentum of Ramadan, the Sampit Automotive Association also helped donate the digging of a 75-meter deep well, the construction of pipelines and a water reservoir which cost Rp35 million.

In order to support Good Corporate Governance, especially in the implementation of the Anti-Bribery Management System within the Company, Sahabat Insurance provides a channel for conveying information regarding indications/allegations of integrity deviations which can result in fraud, abuse, corruption, collusion, nepotism, gratuities, price inflation. or budget, bribery, money laundering, embezzlement, extortion, and other conflicts of interest that will/have been committed by employees or Company Business Partners.

Reporting of violations is addressed to the Whistleblowing Team and submitted in writing via the whistleblowing media as follows [email protected];

Whistle blowers can report indications/allegations of violations through the Whistleblowing System with the following terms and conditions:

Include valid evidence in the form of data, clear information on the occurrence of violations in connection with the indications/allegations of irregularities previously mentioned.
Reports are made in good faith and are not a complaint against a person, a particular company or slander.
The reporter must provide complete information about his identity to facilitate communication including full name, telephone number or email address where he can be contacted.

Sahabat Insurance maintains the confidentiality of reporting data from unauthorized parties and provides:
• The confidentiality of the identity of the reporting person is ensured as well as
• The confidentiality of the information.
