Jakarta's Odd Even Regulations

Jakarta's Odd Even Regulations on 26 road sections has also been stated in the Governor's Regulation number 88 of 2019 concerning Amendments to Regulation Number 155 of 2018 concerning Traffic Restrictions with an Odd Even Regulations

"The results of the meeting agreed that the Odd Even Regulations will be reactivated to Pergub number 88 of 2019 which means that currently through arrangements for 13 roads, this will be reactivated on 25 roads," said Head of the DKI Jakarta Transportation Agency, Syafrin Liputo, Wednesday, May 25, 2022. Is legal liability of the Insured against loss, suffered by third party followed by indictment to the Insured regarding the loss directly caused by the Motor Vehicle resulting from any risk covered by the policy, whether the settlement thereof is by compromise, mediation, arbitration or through court, subject to prior written consent of the Insurer. The coverage will be provided for third’s party property damage; medical expenses, bodily injury and/or death; maximum of sum insured for Legal Liability coverage against any Third Party as set forth in the policy for any one accident.
